Things are moving along in the edits for Drifting Sands and it is going to be wonderful when it's finished. I can't wait for all of you to read this one.

In the mean time I have a couple of recommendations for you. Don't I always! :)

First: Widdershins by Jordan L. Hawk

This was not what I was expecting at all. So right up front I will tell you . . . if you don't like warlocks or creatures created from ancient mystical spells then you won't find this book interesting at all. BUT if you do like stories with an incredible twisty plot, a main character who blooms before your eyes into an amazing man and a love story that builds at a slow burn into an inferno THEN this is the book for you.

I had never read any of Ms. Hawk's books and seeing as there are several more books in this series, I can safely say I will be reading more from her.

Second: A Reason to Believe by Diana Copeland

This story has me enthralled. I have not finished reading it yet, but it has such a hold on me that I couldn't resist mentioning now. Matthew Bennett, a cop who lost his partner who was also his lover is still morning the loss when the ghost of a little girl who was murdered changes his life in an instant. In walks Kiernan Fitzpatrick, a gifted medium who wants to help him solve the murder of the little girl. I love these two characters. Kiernan's wit and easy going attitude about what he calls "his weirdness" makes you want to become his friend. The way he opens Matt up, helps to laugh again, love again is heart warming. I'm anxious to get to the end of this one but I don't want to hurry the steps they go through to get to the end. Oh and by the way, right now A Reason to Believe is only $.99 on amazon an even better reason to snap it up!

Happy reading everyone and check back soon for more updates on the Warfield Mysteries/Drifting Sands.
